What we collect

• Account details: your name, email address, role (DJ, artist, producer, media, promoter) and profile information you choose to add, such as city, bio and profile images.
• Content you upload: tracks, beats, mixes, cover art and interview recordings.
• Activity data: downloads, hearts, reviews, votes, playlist additions and chart activity, used to power rankings and recommendations.
• Payment data: purchases and bookings are processed by our payment provider. We never store your card details; we keep only the purchase record (product, amount, status) needed for access, payouts and receipts.

How we use it

We use your data to run the service: delivering the record pool, marketplace, bookings, live interviews and competitions; calculating charts and payouts; sending transactional emails and reminders you asked for; and keeping the platform safe from abuse. We do not sell your personal data.

Who can see what

Your public profile (name, role, city, public content) is visible to members. Contact details such as your phone number and email are shown only to paid members and, when applicable, the counterparties of your own bookings, sales and interviews. Administrative access is limited to FPRP staff managing the platform.

Your choices

You can edit or remove profile content at any time, delete your uploads, and request deletion of your account via the contact form on our contact page. We will honor deletion requests except where records must be kept for legal, payment or accounting reasons.
