Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026

By using Florida Platinum Record Pool (FPRP) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Eligibility & accounts

Accounts are for real people and real businesses: DJs, artists, producers, media, promoters, venues and their teams. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity on your account. Roles are chosen at sign-up or invitation and determine which features you can access.

Rights & ownership of content

You keep ownership of music, beats, mixes and images you upload. By uploading, you confirm you hold the rights to the material (or have attested to it during upload) and grant FPRP permission to host, stream, display and promote it within the platform and its charts, spotlights and marketing. Downloading a track from the pool is a license for DJ performance and promotion; redistribution or resale of pool files outside the platform is prohibited.

Purchases, bookings & payouts

Beat leases, talent bookings, memberships, spotlights and competition entries are paid through our payment provider at checkout. Talent bookings are paid upfront; beat sales are non-exclusive leases. Platform fees are stated at purchase (10% on bookings and beat sales; 10% of the monthly competition pool). Payouts to talent, producers and competition winners are disbursed by the FPRP team through the payout methods we support. Refund requests are handled case by case via the contact form.

Competitions

The monthly song competition follows the published windows (registration, then voting). One vote per member per month, never for your own song. Winners are the entrants with the most votes who cast their own vote that month. Tampering with votes or entries voids participation.

Acceptable use

No impersonation, harassment, spam, scraping, copyright infringement, or attempts to compromise the platform. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules or applicable law.

Changes

We may update these terms as the platform evolves; the latest version always lives on this page.
